New Features April 2020

This months features have been designed to make offering your classes online with apps such as Zoom, much easier.

Virtual Location

To start with, it is now possible to have your class listed as ‘online’ instead of at a physical address. The actual URL of the class is only revealed to the booker once they complete their booking. You can see a preview in the below screenshot. To see this in action, and to see how to use it, take a look at this 52-second video.

Scheduled Ticket Availability

Many online class facilitators like to stop selling their classes a short time before their class is due to start. This gives them time to share the link with their class attendees. It is now possible to have automatically withdraw your class availability a set time before your class is due to start. You can see a preview in the below screenshot. Export Contacts

You can now quickly and securely export your contacts. The export will include the client’s first and last names as well as their email address and phone number. This 33-second video shows you how and where to do this.

‘Info’ Shows Instead of ‘Book’ for Unavailable Classes/Events

It is now easier for your clients to tell at first glace whether a class/event is available to book. You can see an example in the below screenshot. Prior to this, your customer would have had to click ‘Book’ and then discover if the class was available or not.


Failed Email Notification

Sometimes customers make a typo in their email address when booking. This therefore means they do not get the confirmation email. When this happens*, will send an email to the account admin.

*It is not always possible to detect a failed email as it depends on the email provider that the customer is using (eg, Gmail, Hotmail, Eircom etc)
