- If you or a member of your party chase or hurt an animal you will be asked to leave immediately without refund and you will have to cover vet fees for said animal. Please stay with the tour as your guide will explain which animals can be approached and which should be approached with caution or not at all.
- Please do not feed the animals with food that you have brought onto the site. If you do you will be asked to leave and may have to cover vet fees.

- Please be aware that this is a working farm. Animals are raised for meat and eggs here and that may be discussed during the tour.
Be Advised:
- Please use Eircode C15PD87 on google maps to find our farm as following the map on Facebook does not bring you to our farm.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your allotted time and proceed to the waiting area. If you are late for your appointment the tour would have already begun and you will need to rebook (without refund of original booking) as it is unfair on other people who arrived on time or on people that could have used your time slot.
- Please bring appropriate footwear in case of mud or stepping in animal droppings (old shoes or wellies), warm clothes when necessary and rain gear as a precaution. As this is Ireland the weather is unpredictable and changeable.
- We are carrying out conservation on site and welcome any input or ideas you may have.
- Tours typically last between 1-1.5 hours.
- After the tours you’re welcome to use our picnic benches for your picnics or just to sit with the animals but we do ask that you respect the animals even when the guide has left you for a new group or to carry out other tasks.
- Please follow the guidelines that your tour guide will set out for you.
- Most importantly, enjoy your day, take lots of photos and share your experience on social media.
