The Idea

Whilst working in a previous office-based job, Niall had experienced the delay in trying to make appointments whilst filling out contact forms and sending emails. Sometimes sending Whatsapp messages, sometimes Facebook messages. He set about designing an easy-to-use booking management system. One that would be affordable and user-friendly. It needed to benefit the business and the customer.

Once the booking system hit the market, businesses quickly began to feedback ideas and suggestions. This feedback loop was instrumental when it came to ensuring the system provided a great deal of practical, easy-to-use, value-add features.

To this day, the number one influence for new feature development are our customers.

Remember 2016? The Mannequin Challenge, The Rio Olympics, Pokémon Go and Cake By The Ocean. Since then, we've been delivering an easy-to-use, reliable and affordable booking management system with fantastic support.

Our first international customer joined us from The United States


We were proud to lend a hand to a very worthy cause...



On March 14th, as the globe was struggling to come to terms with COVID-19, we made the decision to suspend all billing for existing and new clients until June 1st. When billing resumed on June 1st, we moved all clients to our premium service level at our base price. Our customers were there for us when we started out and needed them to take a chance on us, now its our time to be there for them.

In spite of the rapidly changing marketplace, Our international growth has continued with clients from The United Kingdom, Australia and Italy.

As our online booking system reached new shores, our team grew with the addition of two new colleagues to our team.

In 2021, our growth continued. Our first clients from Canada, Portugal and New Zealand joined our movment of providing a quality product at an affordable price. A third member joined our development team.

As our numbers of subscribers reached another milestone, we made end-of-year donations to three charities...

As we move through 2024 we are conscious that our clients needs continue to evolve. We remain steadfastly focused on providing our clients with a great solution at an affordable price.
