Join me for an online self care workshop filled with information on the bodies stress response and how it is altered. Learn new natural holistic tips that maybe beneficial to help you deal with your Anxiety and/or stress.
Beginning with a grounding breathing practice. We will then look at the science of stress response in the body and how Yoga, meditation, essential oils, mindfulness, breathwork, eating habits, herbs, crystals and daily rituals may help you to manage stressful moments and situations.
Ending with a 20 minute guided full body relaxation (Yoga nidra). To take you out of your head and ground into your body.

This workshop is perfect for everybody no matter what stage of your handstand journey you are on. You don't have to be able to handstand at all and you don't need to achieve one on the first day. Its all about enjoying the process.
We will warm up and prep the body appropriately to handstand while lying on the floor and using drills before ever kicking up. Learn to let go of any fear of being upside down.
Together we will work on mobility, strength and alignment of the body before working on handstand drills suitable for all levels. Lots of tips and tricks to improve wrist and shoulder mobility. Shoulder, arm and core strength, help you kick up and if you're there then help you to hold for longer. We will also use some Yin Yoga and acupressure for myofascial release.
Friday 1st Octobe in Method Fitness, Blackpool..
90 mins of practice followed by tea, chats and delicious protein balls (provided).
You will need to bring a mat and a smile.
