Join me for an online self care workshop filled with education information on the bodies stress response and how it is altered. Learn new tips that maybe beneficial to help you deal with your Anxiety and/or stress.

.

Beginning with a grounding breathing practice. We will then look at the science of stress response in the body and how Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, eating habits, herbs, crystals and daily rituals may help you to manage stressful moments and situations.


Ending with a 20 minute guided full body relaxation (Yoga nidra).

Grab a journal, a pen and a cuppa.

(Comfy clothes and a blanket for the relaxation)

An intro to inner work and forming NEW HEALTHY habits.

What's included.

-Elemental meditation and mindful breathwork. To support our bodies functioning, to help gain mental clarity and to relieve anxiety and stress.

We will work on

-Identifying what self love means to you. (Everyone has a different view of this)

-Identifying what is standing in your way or where you need to create more space for this practice. (We will find ways to get over these hurdles)

-Forming a beginner 5 minute daily morning ritual routine.(which we will build on over the 4 weeks, little by little)

-A community of support (self care community.)

-Time for individual questions and suggestions.

HANDSTAND COMMUNITY

OUTDOORS (Sober Sunday anyone?)

Join me, my upside down friends, on Sunday 13th June for our handstand community workshop.

.

This workshop is perfect for everybody no matter what stage of your handstand journey you are on. You don't have to be able to handstand at all and you don't need to achieve one on the first day. Its all about enjoying the process.

We will warm up and prep the body appropriately to handstand while lying on the floor and using drills before ever kicking up. Learn to let go of any fear of being upside down.


Together we will work on mobility, strength and alignment of the body before working on handstand drills suitable for all levels. Lots of tips and tricks to improve wrist and shoulder mobility. Shoulder, arm and core strength, help you kick up and if you're there then help you to hold for longer. We will also use some Yin Yoga and acupressure for myofascial release.

Sunday 13th June in Ballincollig

Weather permitting.

.

90 mins of practice followed by 30 mins for tea, chats and delicious protein balls (provided).

You will need to bring a mat, a scarf or belt and a tennis ball.
