Join me (weather permitting) on Sunday 22nd May at 10am for 2.5-3 hours of self care bliss.

Let's take advantage of the lovely weather and dive into a grounding earth energy practice. Connect with all 5 elements and the beautiful surroundings of nature on Garrylucas Beach. We will flow and find balance with a gentle Yoga practice. . Followed by a calming and nurturing Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) to finish the class. Optional sea dip after.

We will then eat a banquet of lovely nourishing Vegan food from loving salads and the alternative bread company. Fresh Fruit and Protein balls . Wholesome chats and hot herbal tea. 


Please remember to bring lots of warm clothes (dress for winter and for summer) and blankets (or your dry robe) as it can get chilly on the beach especially for the meditation.

Join me for 4 weeks of wellness and find calm and presence. This wellness course will bring you on a journey through using mental, physical and emotional wellness techniques such as Yoga and Meditation in your daily life.

Weekly Yin Yoga classes will balance the Yin and Yang energies of your soul. A weekday daily morning mediation to begin your day with a sense of presence and calm.

All classes and meditation are included the price €39


Wednesday Evening 8pm Yin Yoga

is based off the ancient teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With a more meditative, slower and deeper approach than other Yang practices. Each shape (pose) is held passively for longer periods of time (between 1 and 5 mins in my classes). With the help of props, blankets, gravity, time & relaxation it allows for deeper tension and fascial release. So, it may look to the outsider like you are doing nothing, but the benefits are huge. It is somewhat of a challenge to everyone even the most "advanced Yogis" to "sit still". This class introduces you to an hour of being with YOURSELF, YOUR body, YOUR breath and the sensations of stretching the deeper connective tissues. Helping you to gain better mobility in the joints and hips, flexibility, a strong sense of calm and relaxation. Helping you to cope better with anxiety off the mat and lower stress levels. This is the ultimate complimenting class to other Yang practices such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Weight training, running, and any other exercise. A beautiful intro to Meditation and Yoga all in one. 


Monday to Friday 6.45am live or pre recorded 15 minute Meditation

-Becoming present in our bodies while consciously breathing teaches us to remain in that state all day. This can help to reduce stress and set you up each morning to face the day ahead.

-Meditation can improve emotional & mental health and also promotes self awareness. It Improves focus and mental clarity. These can be done from the comfort of your own bed, lying down or seated. Your choice. These meditations will hold different themes and breathing techniques. Mon to Friday live 6.45am (if they are recorded I will send them the night before to your email.

Join me for a morning of Yoga, brekkie, chats and discounted shopping at the Gym + Coffee Store in Mahon Point.

This class is suitable for all levels and is free of charge.

We will begin with a grounding meditation followed by a fun Yoga flow and guided relaxation. Gym Plus coffee provide some fruit and pastries for after and also give a generous discount of 20% to all attendees.
