This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. We will explore all the limbs of Yoga - Postures, Pranayama, Meditation & Relaxation.
Yoga for Sports helps with flexibility, but also helps to keep athletic bodies balanced and strong. Focusing on Core, Shoulders, Hips & Hamstrings. Suitable for Runners, Cyclists, Climbers and all.
A mindful form of yoga - intended to be healing and nurturing for the body. Long holding of postures to help the body relax and let go of tension by using the breath.
Class is held at Bassenthwaite Parish rooms. Parking in front of the hall.
Class is limited to 9 people for social distancing and is well ventilated. No props are provided - please bring your own
