These classes are in the Hatha Vinyasa flow styles.

Building up strength, flexibility, range of movement, mobility and confidence in your practice.


Suitable for all levels from complete beginner to experienced. These are mixed ability classes so options will be given to reduce/ increase difficulty or intensity depending on your experience and energy levels. With meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, strengthening, alignment, flexibility, core focused grounding asanas and relaxation with sprinklings of philosophy, energy systems, anatomy, myofascial release, mindset, the importance of intention, mind-body connection, and benefits for health and wellbeing; all contributing to a deeper more integrated practice.

Sunday 29 January - Yoga Retreat Day - 10am-3pm

A deeply healing and nourishing self care day where you will be guided from 10am through breathwork to settle and balance the nervous system, conscious intention setting and a mindful slow flow yoga practice, followed by refreshments.

We will then turn to fascial and muscular release and relaxation to unwind, release aches, pains and tension in the body and calm the mind with a full restorative yoga workshop with calming breathwork, lymphatic drainage, meditation, restorative yoga, and full body mind yoga nidra relaxation closing with koshi bells and a delicious light lunch. We will finish around 3pm.


-no experience necessary- suitable for all levels of experience, abilities and energy levels. Options will be given for those with physical limitations. Also, suitable during pregnancy.
