Join me this Saturday morning at the beautiful Clonea Lower Beach for yoga class by the sea.

There are also options to book this yoga class with a 12noon or 12:30 sauna session in the hotpod included on the previous page.


Yoga class is an embodying and grounding flow suitable for all levels and abilities and includes centering, pranayama (breathing exercises) for calming the nervous system, asana (movement) for mobility, alignment, strengthening, flexibility and finishing with a soothing relaxation to integrate the practice.

No experience required. Options will be given for beginners and for those who are experienced and wish to intensify their practice.


Meet-up at 10:30am.

Yoga class time: 10:45am sharp- 11:45am approx.

Join me this Saturday morning at the beautiful Clonea Lower Beach for yoga at 10:45am followed by sea dips and sauna session in the hotpod at 12 noon.

The Hotpod is a purpose built mobile sauna adjacent to the beach with a large window facing the seascape to take in the spectacular views. Your sauna session is 30 mins and you can hop in and out of the sauna and sea as much as you like for the 30 minute session.


Yoga class time: 10:45am sharp - 11:45am approx.

Sauna session: 12-12:30.
