d) beginner-refresher Hatha Vinyasa yoga,
e) improver-intermediate Hatha Vinyasa yoga,
f) intermediate-advanced Hatha Vinyasa yoga,
g) improve mobility and confidence in your yoga practice.
Recordings will be available to view as many times as you like for 7 days.
Tuesday - beginner/improver. No experience required.
Wednesday - improver/intermediate. Some experience recommended.
Thursday - - intermediate/advanced. Experience recommended. (Note: location for Thursday’s class is Raheen College on the left rear lawn, the school 2 doors down from Raheen House).
In all classes, options will be given for those with less experience or haven’t practised in a while and also for those with more experience who wish to deepen their practice.
Classes include: sankalpa/intention setting, meditation/mindfullness, pranayama/breathwork, asanas/yoga poses for improving mobility/range of movement, strengthening and flexibility, and savasana/relaxation.
