Drop deep into relaxation, settle the mind, ease body aches and pains, knots and tension, relieve anxiety and nervousness, and feel more calm and peaceful
with:
Suitable for all including those managing injury, physical limitations, and during pregnancy.
A deeply healing and nourishing self care day where you will be guided from 10am through breathwork to settle and balance the nervous system, conscious intention setting and a mindful slow flow yoga practice.
We will then turn to fascial and muscular release and relaxation to unwind, release aches, pains and tension in the body and calm the mind with a full restorative yoga workshop with calming breathwork, lymphatic drainage, meditation, restorative yoga, and full body mind yoga nidra relaxation closing with koshi bells. We will finish around 3pm.
Delicious lunch, refreshments & props included.
