Building up strength, flexibility, range of movement, mobility and confidence in your practice.


With meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, strengthening, alignment, flexibility, core focused grounding asanas and relaxation with sprinklings of philosophy, energy systems, anatomy, myofascial release, mindset, the importance of intention, mind-body connection, and benefits for health and wellbeing; all contributing to a deeper more integrated practice.

Drop deep into relaxation, settle the mind, ease body aches and pains, knots and tension, relieve anxiety and nervousness, and feel more calm and peaceful

with:

  • breathing techniques to reset nervous system and quiet the mind;
  • restorative yoga practice with supporting props to comfortably deeply relax & release in specific resting poses to aid healing, digestion and restore balance to body & mind; and
  • yoga nidra guided relaxation journey for complete mind and body relaxation.


Suitable for all including those managing injury, physical limitations, and during pregnancy.

A deeply healing and nourishing self care day where you will be guided from 10am through breathwork to settle and balance the nervous system, conscious intention setting and a mindful slow flow yoga practice.

We will then turn to fascial and muscular release and relaxation to unwind, release aches, pains and tension in the body and calm the mind with a full restorative yoga workshop with calming breathwork, lymphatic drainage, meditation, restorative yoga, and full body mind yoga nidra relaxation closing with koshi bells. We will finish around 3pm.


Delicious lunch, refreshments & props included.


-no experience necessary- suitable for all levels of experience, abilities and energy levels. Options will be given for those with physical limitations. Also, suitable during pregnancy.
