I know this month its very close to Christmas but I shall be using this as my Christmas Party being self employed business owner of ONE so please do come and join me as we can celebrate the year together!
This month on Thursday 14th December its 6.30pm - 9pm at the Becketts Roof Top Bar, of Hotel Indigo, Exeter (the old Dingles building).
The Hotel are providing a cocktail & canapés for the ticket price (50% discounted for us which is super special!)
Its just a chance to get your sequins out, put on your lipstick or just get out the house in sweats and spend a few hours chatting to some awesome women in a great location!
There is no fee, as its not a member club, just an excuse to go out for a few hours, drink if you want to, or just have water, no pressure just friendly faces!

Please join me for a Menopause & Womens Wellness Day REUNION Retreat at The Pig at Coombe on Saturday 27th January 2024 from 10am-5pm
This day is for anyone who has previously joined me on a Menopause & Womens Health Retreat and needs to reconnect with themselves and other like mooned women, in a glorious setting whilst supporting themselves with love, laughter, rest, relaxation and delicious food.
The day, as always shall be filled with information around the menopause, relaxation, guidance, connection and supporting our hormonal minds & bodies!
Join me once again and support yourself during this transitional time..
We shall spend the morning connecting with the women who have joined the day, discussing all things menopausal: symptoms, emotions, struggles and triumphs!
We shall spend some time talking about the nervous system, its impact on the body and practice some breath work and mindful exercises to support us during our day, we can also have a walk outside, viewing the gorgeous kitchen garden and grounds.
Investment is £99 per person for the day which includes all materials, lunch, refreshments & treats plus a Neal’s Yard Remedies goodie bag to take home.
