Please join me for this beautiful Women's Circle centered around all stages of your Menopause Journey.
Women's circles are an opportunity to meet with others from all walks of life and share the wisdom of experience. Rather than carrying on as normal during your menopause – or attempting to ignore it altogether – women are encouraged to rest and honour a time of natural change in the body.
Please join me as we take time to discuss issues that may arise for you and how we can help support and embrace the changes our bodies may take and have the time and space to gain a greater understanding of (your) Women’s Health and your Menopause.
We shall also be taking time for journalling, reflection, sharing and connection with the other women in the circle.
Investment is £14 per person for the circle which includes any materials needed plus a Neal’s Yard Remedies goodie bag to take home.
