Join me for this very special YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION evening event


There is a Yoga practice that provides you with the equivalent of 3 hours of deep sleep during a 45 minute guided meditation.


This deep ‘Yogic Sleep,’ allows your cells in your mind and body to repair and rejuvenate, and greatly reduces stress.


The initial gentle yoga class will consist of very basic stretching, followed by a deep Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation.


During the Yoga Nidra portion of class the lights will be dimmed and we will be lying on our backs.


Some people like to bring blankets and pillows to support their body, and allow for deeper relaxation.


Please come in comfy clothes bring a yoga mat, an open heart, and any props that will help you position your body to relax.


Please let me know if you have any questions ahead of the session and be sure to complete the medical questionnaire ahead of your class.

This month we shall focus on The Art of Self Care related to Peri-menopause/Menopause.


Taking time to discuss issues that may arise for us and how we can help support and embrace the changes our bodies may take.


We shall then have a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga class (suitable for yogi beginners and women of all ages), before a grounding relaxation and closing circle.


Investment is £30 per person for the workshop which includes all materials, refreshments & treats plus a Neal’s Yard Remedies goodie bag to take home.

Rest & Restore this festive Season with a Candlelit Yoga Nidra Evening on Wednesday 28th December from 7pm-8.30pm in-person in Budleigh Salterton including Mulled Wine & Mincepies 


There is a Yoga practice that provides you with the equivalent of 3 hours of deep sleep during a 45 minute guided meditation.
