Please join Katie Arscott (Simple Wellbeing) for this informative, evening for all member of the Royal Devon NHS staff (both North and East) - exclusively.


During the first 15-25 minutes Katie shall be talking about all things Menopause, Women's Heath & Yoga in the Workplace.


The second part of the evening is focused on your rest with a gentle yoga movement class!


Taking a Meno-pause with Katie, helping your mind and body rest, restore, nurture and nourish.


Suitable for all women regardless of age and fitness, the class is aimed to help you rest!


Please bring pillows, cushions, blankets and make yourself nice and warm and cosy for the evening Yoga Nidra (sleepy) session.


All attendees are treated with utmost respect and anything discussed in the sessions or as a group are confidential.

Katie shall continue to run monthly online zoom sessions for a nominal payment for £5 for each session.


A small proportion of these proceeds will be donated to the RD&E Charity.

Please join me for a full day of Menopause Loveliness !


We shall spend the morning connecting with the women who ahem joined the day, discussing all things menopausal: symptoms, emotions, struggles and triumphs!

We shall spend some time talking about the nervous system, its impact on the body and practice some breath work and mindful exercises to support us during our day, we shall then have a very slow, gentle movement class (suitable for beginners) before lunch. After a delicious lunch and outside walk we shall have a relaxing yoga Nidra (its sleepy time!) followed by another exercise before the end of the day.


Investment is £125 per person for the day which includes all materials, lunch, refreshments & treats plus a Neal’s Yard Remedies goodie bag to take home.
