Please join me on Saturday mornings in Budleigh Salterton for a Weekly Hatha Yoga Class from 9.00am-10.00am


During the course we shall be focusing on pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and application & integration of yoga into your daily life. This course is suitable for all ages and abilities.


Booking is essential due to limited numbers.

Please join me through a guided and gentle Hatha Yoga Class followed by a deep relaxation practice in the comfort of your own home.


Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities.


Every Monday night unless otherwise noted.
