Please join me for a relaxing evening (zoom) yoga class, from the comfort of your own home, which is the perfect way to end you weekend and prepare you for the week ahead.

Please wear comfortable clothes and prepare your space with blankets, pillows, cushions, candles...anything you need to feel cozy and be able to fully relax.

Please join me for a 2 hour workshop online where we will be discussing Sleep; the importance and benefits of Sleep, Circadian Rhythms, Nutrition for sleep, good sleep habits, a healthy sleep environment and bedtime routines before taking part in a gentle sleep enhancing Yoga Class with accompanying Pranayama Techniques (breath work), Mediation and a final restorative relaxation.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who is curious to know more about sleep and all levels of yoga as its a gentle, guided practice to enhance sleep.
