Please join me on Monday afternoons in the Dance Studio of St Andrew’s Primary School for a Gentle Hatha Yoga Class from 4.30pm-5.30pm


During the classes we shall be focusing on lots of pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and application & integration of yoga into your daily life. This course is suitable for everyone, all ages and abilities so please don't worry if you haven't tried yoga before or don't think you are bendy enough!


Teachers / Teaching Staff who practice Yoga says it has given them an outlier for the daily stresses & frustrations of teaching! It also equips them with strategies to stay calm during chaotic moments and helps them to understand and reflect on, both their mindset and that of their students. Yoga is also great for the whole body & supports health & wellbeing. 


Please note that classes run every Monday from 10th Jan until 18th July !  


Please note there are NO classes on 7th, 14th & 28th Feb, 11th & 18th April & 30th May
