This class is brought to you via zoom.
In yin we hold the shapes for longer periods of time to help us work into the connective tissue, ligaments and joints.
Yin helps us to gain a release in these areas of tension and also you may experience an emotional release.
This class is wonderful for anyone who suffers with chronic stress & Pain, anxiety and depression.
This class ends with Yoga Nidra AKA Yogic sleep! allowing your body and mind to be in a conscious restful state. calming and soothing the nervous system.

You will find this class to have breathwork practices, guided meditations, and some form of sound therapy with chants/mantras, signing bowls.

Each week we will develop on the basic asana creating flexibility, strength and stability.
This class is based on Power yoga but it is at a slower pace.
You will gain flexibility, strength and stability from these classes.

This class is to welcome you to the principles of yoga.
I will be Keeping yoga to its tradition. So you can expect Breathwork, mantas, and movement with the aim to prepare your body to be able to sit in meditation.
The yoga you will come to learn in this class will help with flexibility, strength and stability.
This course is over 7 weeks.
You will have a weekly `in-person class held at the old boys school in B-L-S on Tuesdays 6.15-7.15pm
You will have 1 recording of a class one week while the instructor is away.
You will have a weekly meditation class held online via zoom on Mondays 7-7.45pm
You will be invited to join a supportive private Facebook group, where you can share your experiences and ask any questions and feel the connection with your peers from the group.
