Yin Yoga is where we hold in the "yoga shapes" for a length of time, with the use of many props. In this time, it allows us to work beyond our muscles into the connective tissue, joints, ligaments and tendons. And over time and regular practice can work into the bone mass.
Yin yoga helps to hydrate the tissue to in turn allow fluidity back into movement, reducing joint pain and stiffness. Then having yang movement, which works to strengthen and lengthen our muscles, compliments the yin! Offering all the elements to be worked along with our bodies energetics.
Students may also find an emotional release through this class.
Yin/Yang is adaptable for all abilities.
This class is all about relaxation.
We will explore different techniques of breath work to help us become present and calm the nervous system, moving into a soothing restorative flow, allowing your physical and mental body to become to a relaxed state.
This then sets you up to begin yoga nidra (yogic sleep)
You will leave class feeling at one with yourself and ready for a restful nights sleep.
Easy flow has a variation of styles, Traditional Hatha yoga blended with ashtanga. This class is performed at a slow pace and predominately practices seated poses. Perfect way to build up your own home practice.
Great class for beginners, or students her prefer a slower practice..
This class will help with anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue.

Spinal & Knee injuries, and/or students with less mobility.
