Join me on your pregnancy journey to allow the mind and body to deeply relax, rest and let go. You will learn to use your breath to prepare the mind and body for labour and to relieve tension and stiffness or stress during pregnancy. Prepare the body for labour and birth by strengthening the legs and pelvic floor muscles and using a wide range of yoga poses to help mobilise the pregnant body. We will use a range of these breathing techniques, visualisations, meditations, mantras and affirmations for both pregnancy and labour.
Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that winds down the nervous system and trains the body and mind how to come out of survival mode (fight, fright or freeze) that we basically live daily in today's world.
If you find it hard to switch off, slow down, rest and recover then this class is for you. If you find yourself stressed out over small things or reoccurring things this could be for you and if you find yourself becoming trapped in the future or past it can help bring us back into the present.

This class is suitable for a wide range of people from athletes to older persons. This NSDR (non sleep deep rest) Can be just as beneficial as sleep as we drop deeply down and out without actually falling asleep!

Hatha Beginners yoga will focus on a series of asanas (poses) that focus on alignment which help improve posture, strength, core stability, balance and coordination. Beyond the physical we will learn to utilise the breath to calm the mind and body and also use its power to clear and cleanse physical and mental tension.
We will use mantras, affirmations, visualisations and deep relaxation to raise the bodies vibrations to bring overall health, peace, healing and wellness to the mind, body and soul.
Bring your baby to class with you and get your body moving in a safe and supervised environment by a highly qualified and experienced trainer. Incorporate movements that are physiotherapy approved to gently strengthen the body after pregnancy and labour.
A wide range of exercises and stretches will be included suitable for vaginal and c-section recovery. Build back strength and meet other mums and babies to connect with.
Join us for a hike along the 9.5km moderate spinc trail and finish with a dip and some heart warming cacao all in aid of Gaelic Woodland Project, a charity to raise funds for reforestation in Ireland.
