Hatha Yoga sessions include pranayama, physical practicing, meditation and mindfulness to help physical and mental wellbeing, stress management, reduce anxiety, develop confidence, self love and care, improve focus and memory and more.
Rocket Yoga in particular as it offers flexibility within the traditional Ashtanga practice, with modifications to make poses and transitions either more accessible or more challenging depending on the individual. Rob’s classes are dynamic, challenging and fun; you can expect to work hard, push your limits and enjoy yourself along the way.

A gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. in this class you will be able to relieve stress, cultivate a clear mind and a strong body. It’s perfect for tired or sore muscles, ideal for beginners, seniors or those seeking slow and mindful practice.
You begin each class by gently warming up the body and taking time to encourage a mind, body and breath connection. You will move slowly between postures using the breath to guide you mindfully from each pose to the next. Some postures will be held for a few breaths allowing you to build on strength, flexibility and mind body awareness. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners as I will provide modifications to suit different abilities and give plenty of guidance and adjustments. Everyone will be encouraged to work to their own ability and level. Honouring and respecting their individuality. The end of class will be dedicated to pranayama (yogic breathing practice) and deep relaxation. Chilala's aim is that you leave feeling refreshed, peaceful and more deeply connected with your inner selves.

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. This practice draws our attention inwards, and becoming aware of our true nature, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. This practice can help us to feel restored and awakened This class is suitable for all levels.
One to one sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, and support you on to one. This can be a great way of progressing on your practice , perhaps you may have mobility problem, injury or medical condition. Please contact me for further questions.

Together we will sit in a safe sacred circle, connect consciously with cacao mama to open our heart space and connect us to our inner guidance and we will harness the feminine energy of Mother Earth’s life force to ground us.
Cacao is a plant medicine which helps to connect to inner self relax the body, open the heart space and balance the nervous system.
Cacao is full of beneficial ingredients, like magnesium and antioxidants and different love chemicals – which relaxes the muscles and the tissues, increases the blood flow, lowers the blood pressure and increases the amount of oxygen in the body.”
You will then be guided by Manisha to fluid yoga postures to begin and build up to free flow mindful dance. It will be a space where we will move and dance to some awesome electro.
We will finish with a sound therapy session which Meltem will deliver, you will be transported in to deeply relaxing state, a gateway to meditation harmonising both body and mind.
