In this Vinyasa Yoga session I will guide you to coordinate movements with your breath to flow from one pose to the next. These classes are designed to help you to stay focused by going with the flow, motivated by the variety of postures and combinations and energised by the continuous movement, your mind slows down and becomes spacious and you will start your day feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

No need to warm up, yin yoga is best done on cold muscles. While initially this style of yoga can seem quite boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures anywhere from one to ten minutes! Props are necessary on this class.

Slip your Pjs on, maybe have a cup of chamomile tea to hand or glass of something chilled and pop on zoom.
Be prepared to experience some bliss by simply following Andrea’s gorgeous guidance as she directs us through facial massage and exercise techniques which will reduce the stress and tension which we hold in our skin.
After the session our skin will be glowing, the practices help to reduce wrinkles and fine lines also toning the skin, blood circulation improves and the functioning of the lymphatic system too!
