As you rest effortlessly in this peaceful place, yoga nidra takes you effortlessly into a state of harmonious restful being from where you can balance the breath and heal and restore the body.

Each week we’ll focus on breathwork, gentle movement and relaxation, all in an inclusive way so that everyone benefits.
