Join myself & Fiona Marshall, Yoga Teacher & Therapist for a day of yoga, delicious food & outdoor swimming in the beautiful Loweswater Valley.

We will celebrate the height of summer with Yin, Therapeutic Yoga & flowing movement.

A short stroll to the shore of beautiful Loweswater and swim. (optional of course)
