Set yourself up for the weekend with this gentle morning practice. This class is suitable for all abilities, no experience or flexibility required!

This practice incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on flexibility, alignment, strength and balance. Each class will end with a period of relaxation.
