WINTER MOON Chrystal Bowls Healing Sound Bath

Join me as we celebrate the New Cold Moon, as we move towards the shortest day of the year, and longest night for this Winter Moon Chrystal Alchemy Bowls Healing Sound meditation to help you relax, restore and receive in a safe space. The ultimate self care antidote to too much-ness!

Bring your mat & blanket, a big bed pillow (or bolster if you have one) for under back of the knees and lie down, simply immersing yourself in this hour of bliss (no bathing suits are needed, and there is nothing to do!). Nourishing your body and your soul, and allow yourself to slow down to the healing vibrations of the chrystal infused singing bowls, gently guiding you into deep relaxation and home to inner peace and harmony.  

If you've never done a sound bath before, you are in for a treat, the best way to explain it, is to experience it!

As you'll be lying down for the hour, please wear cozy, warm clothing and bring your mat, a blanket, and a bolster (or a big bed pillow) if you need it to support the back of the knees and/or heels whilst lying down.

I will email out a few days before the event with all the details.

This time of year the hall can get chilly, which is why I decided to run the last Sound Bath of the year after my regular yoga class at the same hall, so I can guarantee it's nice and warm for you. The yoga class finishes at 8.30pm, we start the sound bath at 8.45pm, please be mindful of not arriving before 8.30pm whilst yogis are still enjoying savasana, (and this should make parking easier too!). Feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes ahead of our 8.45pm start to settle yourself before the sound bath. 

Please note that we have previously had late arrivals, and unfortunately, I won't now admit people into the session once it has begun, as it will disturb others.
