SUMMER SOLSTICE Chrystal Bowls SOUND BATH (6.30-7.30pm)

An event to celebrate the Summer Solstice, longest day of the year. Join Kat for this Summer Solstice Chrystal Alchemy Bowls Healing Sound meditation to help you relax, restore and receive in a safe space. The ultimate self care antidote to too much-ness!

Bring your mat & blanket, 2 big bed pillows (or bolster if you have one) for under back of the knees and lie down, simply immersing yourself in this hour of bliss. No bathing suits are needed, and there is nothing to do!. Nourishing your body and your soul, and allow yourself to slow down to the healing vibrations of the chrystal infused singing bowls, gently guiding you into deep relaxation and home to inner peace and harmony.  

If you've never done a sound bath before, you are in for a treat, the best way to explain it, is to experience it!

As you'll be lying down for the hour, please wear cozy, warm clothing and a bolster, cozy socks and a blanket.

If you don't have a yoga bolster, a lot of my students use 2 big bed pillows instead. I do have a few spare bolsters available, but do let me know well ahead of time, not ON the day of the event as I will be out of the house most of the day!

As I DO NOT OPERATE A WAITLIST, please note that unused tickets are not sold on to a waitlist.

I am happy for you to find a friend who can take your place if you can't make it anymore.

Since numbers have been a little unpredictable, I do reserve the right to cancel this event, should I not get enough bookings to make it financially viable. I will always try provide as much notice as I can, and you will get a full refund, should this happen.  I will email out a few days before the event with all the details.

Please note that we have previously had late arrivals, and unfortunately, I won't now admit people into the session once it has begun, as it will disturb others.
