This is a 5 week series of classes, starting 6 June. This 5 week series runs over 6 calendar weeks, and is perfect for beginners

I take a one week break with no classes, as I am away

This is a 55 minute Gentle, Grounded Flow, perfect for beginners


  • A slower, more spacious practice for yogis who want to move mindfully without the pressure of peak poses or challenging variations.
  • We begin with a grounding centering and breathwork practice, then ease into gentle flowing movement designed to strengthen and mobilise.
  • The class closes with an extended rest and a short, guided meditation, and sometimes singing bowls to leave you feeling centred and calm.
  • This class isn’t about doing more—it’s about being more present.
  • Perfect for Beginners, or those returning to their practice following a break, injury, or those seeking a gentler start to settle into the weekend.


I teach in a series of classes so that you can see the benefits of a regular practice.


5 class credits EARLY BIRD £75 (£15 per session) if booked before 17 May 10pm

5 class credits standard £85 (£17 per session)

Please note that class credits are only valid for this specific series and cannot be carried over into future series.

To support those who can’t attend every week, I usually offer smaller class packs — just click the green Class Packs button to see what’s available.


Currently, this class isn’t available as a make-up option for missed weekday sessions. I may occasionally allow swaps into a weekday class at a different hall, but please keep in mind that the Tuesday evening and Friday morning classes at Stoke d’Abernon Village Hall are a different format (Strong Hatha Vinyasa Flow - open level).



After you've purchased your class pack, please book into your desired sessions early to reserve your space if you won't attend all classes, it stops me from having to guess :-). If you are attending each week, you don't need to book yourself into each class.


Using your class credits & missed weeks:

Typically yogis book in to do a regular slot (say, Tuesday nights). However if you have a week where you can't make your regular slot, you can use your class credit to swop into the other class at the same hall instead, availability permitting, but only within this series of classes.


Please make sure you swop your class BEFORE your regular class start time, ideally with 2 hours notice so I can plan availability, particularly as i get lots of swops into the Tuesday night!

If you don't show for your regular class, and haven't booked a swop, you will lose that credit! (swopping can't be done retrospectively, basically).


IMPORTANT: Please note that I am unable to offer refunds or transfers into future series for any unused class credits. 


If you can’t attend a class, you’re always welcome to send a friend in your place.
