2.00-5.30pm

• We start with an 80 min recharging Yang Vinyasa Flow, then we have 80 mins of Letting go (nurturing Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra (Guided meditation) accompanied by c 20 minutes of Chrystal Alchemy singing bowls).
• Refreshments (tea & cake) are provided during the break.
• Open to all levels

• Please bring your mat, a bolster, cozy socks and a blanket.
• If you don't have a yoga bolster, a lot of my students use 2 big bed pillows instead. I do have a few spare bolsters available, but do let me know well ahead of time, not ON the day of the retreat as I will be out of the house from early doors!

As I DO NOT OPERATE A WAITLIST, please note that unused tickets are not sold on to a waitlist.

I am happy for you to find a friend who can take your place if you can't make it anymore.

Since numbers have been a little unpredictable, I do reserve the right to cancel this event, should I not get enough bookings to make it financially viable. I will always try provide as much notice as I can, and you will get a full refund, should this happen.

Whilst I've been super grateful and impressed with lots of last minute enthusiasm and bookings for my last few retreats, to make sure I can offer you the best experience I can, I will close bookings Friday night before the Sunday retreat to allow me enough time to prepare food, props & goodie bags.
