During this class we revisit the foundations of a well- rounded Yoga practice, inspired by the traditional Yoga lineage, Sivananda Yoga.
These classes are designed with the intention to support you in discovering your own connection to your body, breath and mind, as well as developing flexibility, stability and gradually building strength, through the practice of asanas (poses), breathing exercises and meditation.
