This class is for anyone looking to energise, stretch and become more present in their bodies. We attune to ourselves with breathwork and therefore become more embodied in our experience.
Open to beginners and more seasoned practitioners, this class is suited to those who are open to enquiry and self-care. We approach the asanas (poses) not as something to adapt our bodies to, but rather, the other way around: we adapt the asanas to our bodies however we may be feeling that day!
This class is designed to provide you a time to reset your nervous system and give your immune system a boost. In Restorative Yoga we hold the poses for a period of time (e.g. 10 mins) while supported by props and items from around the house.
This practice allows you to transition effortlessly into the parasympathetic relaxation response, the opposite of the 'fight/flight' response.
Open to everyone, this class would particularly suit those with stressful jobs or a stressful day to day life and those who would like to take some time out to recharge and to have some well - deserved, blissful 'me' time!

While we can’t be back in the studio, our aim is to enjoy the outside space and to be closer to nature. I am really looking forward to sharing a practice with you in person again!
