Make some time in your schedule to recharge and relax!


During these classes we carefully merge a yin and restorative yoga sequence.


This powerful combination of both yin and restorative yoga allows you to completely relax and surrender the body and mind. A yin yoga practice helps you to access the deeper layers of the body. The poses works on releasing constrictions in the connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons that support the joints.


It also stimulates and opens the energy meridians of the subtle body. Through this stimulation,  a more balanced flow of chi (vital life force) is created,  supporting the body’s vibrancy and physiology as well as the enhancement of mental and emotional balance & well-being.


With restorative yoga,we relax into the stretch or posture with the aid of props so we really can let go of tension and focus on our breath. This practice stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and digest) which undoes the stress response in our bodies.

Restorative yoga is a powerful antidote to our fast paced lives.

In Restorative yoga class we use props like bolsters, blankets and blocks to completely support the body in poses and we stay there for up to 10 minutes per pose. There is no muscular effort involved so Restorative yoga can also be helpful to try if you are chronically ill or recovering from injury.

There are many benefits to this practice, including:

-Deeply relaxing the body

-Stills a busy mind

-Releases muscular tension, improving mobility and flexibility

-Improves capacity for healing and balancing

-Balances the nervous system

Start your weekend with energy, increased vitality and a calm, clear mind.


This 75 minutes class is a fusion between the more traditional Hatha Yoga inspired by the Sivananda yoga tradition, and mindful, explorative movement.


This class integrates subtle energy work, chanting, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices) and some meditation.


Suitable for intermediate students.


Classes vary between a more gentle and strong approach.
