What is Self Care Saturday?
Self Care Saturday is a soulful morning making space for you to relax, reset and reconnect to your self.
The morning begins with a gentle yoga practice (Suitable for Beginners), followed by a mindful mug of Cacao which is a beautiful heart-opener. We then move onto a soothing sound bath meditation where you bathe in the vibrational frequencies of the Symphonic Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Drums, and other healing instruments.
During the sound bath you will comfortably lie down and surrender to receive the meditative healing energy of the instruments. We will begin with a short relaxation then transition into the sound journey, which will leave you feeling rested, relaxed & rejuvenated.
