What to expect


Come and learn about Daoist Nei Gong with STAYINFORM.


Will learn Nei Gong exercise, Self massage, breathing techniques and connections with the liver meridian in springtime.


We're looking forward to seeing you in our spring masterclass.


Please arrive promptly in comfortable clothing and wear comfortable flat shoes.


It's a good idea to bring a little notebook with you incase you like to take notes.


We will offer tea and healthy snacks in the second half of the class, but please make sure you have some breakfast around an hour before the event starts.


1st hour meridian, energy talks, self massage techniques.


2nd hour nei gong, QI gong physical exercise.


3rd hour gentle meditation followed by tea and snacks.
