Our Book Club meets every few months, to discuss a book based around wellbeing.
In this meet-up, we're going to be discussing "Fully Alive"" by Elizabeth Oldfield : "Tending to the soul in turbulent times".
A synopsis of the book:
"Fully Alive is for those of us looking for an honest conversation about the deepest questions in our ordinary lives, and practical, meaningful ideas to help us pay attention to the people we are becoming. For ourselves, our communities and the world".
Fancy joining us? It's just £8 to come along. Everyone is welcome. This is held on zoom - so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Don't forget to bring a cuppa with you! There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option.
We'll be meeting on zoom on Monday 16th November 7-8pm. This session is facilitated by Susie.
