Playtime Pilates - Drop-In Sessions - Bonnybridge

‘Playtime Pilates’ is for parents who have young children but struggle to find a chance to be active or participate in classes. Pilates is designed to build strength and mobility, aid posture and develop those muscles that are often weakened during and after pregnancy or through lack of activation due to muscular stiffness.

With limited class sizes we ensure plenty of space for your baby or toddler and all their bits and bobs! We will have a limited supply of toys but please feel free to bring your own, you can join in as and when you can if you need to attend to your little one.

These sessions take place in The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge on Wednesdays from 9.30-11am. The session will be an hour, and the invitation is to stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards. This is for drop-in sessions - which are £10 per session to attend. This includes hot drinks and biscuits. There are reduced rates available. Pick the price that best reflects your circumstances.

 What to bring:

  • Your own mat if you have one, we will supply mats for all parents though
  • Car seat or pram if child is sleeping
  • Any toys or props you think your child will need
  • Changing bag and other baby and toddler necessities (snacks, milk, water etc)

We can’t wait to have you and it’s a nice way to bond with other parents, the kiddos will also love bonding with each other too
