Pilates is a low impact fitness class that focuses on controlled, strength based exercises. Pilates places special emphasis on core strength but provides an overall body workout which tones your muscles. Benefits include; improved flexibility, balance and posture.
Dianne Inglis will be the instructor for this class. These sessions run on Mondays 11am-12pm.
