These sessions take place in The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge on Sundays from 9.30-10.30am. This block starts on 24th November and runs to 22nd December, please note that there is no class on 1st December.

Rachel is a sports rehabilitation practitioner, Pilates and fitness instructor, and sports scientist with a passion for empowering people through movement.
With a mind-body approach, she focuses on helping clients find balance, strength, and well-being in every stage of life. As a mum of three boys, she understands the challenge of making time for self-care, especially during life transitions. She has a special interest in menopause and the powerful role of physical activity in managing symptoms and enhancing well-being—a topic she explored extensively recently whilst completing her Masters in Sports and Exercise Science with Medicine. She's here to support you on your journey to a healthier, more resilient self.
