Core Strength Vinyasa - Yoga with Audrey (Drop-In Sessions) - Bonnybridge

Core Strength Vinyasa yoga is a style focused on transition between poses with mindfulness to be kinder to your body and help you enter each pose in a way that works best for you.

Suitable for all levels, the classes are informal and fun, and designed to have you leave feeling empowered and present. It's a Vinyasa flow with heart and meaning woven in.

In this block we'll be trying some new poses, nothing fancy, no Instagram type poses that flood social media, just some poses that will get you moving a little differently, will help your balance, your strength, and your flexibility on and off the mat. "If you have a yoga practice then have a beautiful practice. No fancy poses or "perfect alignment" required. After all, yoga's not a performance. It's not about the way it looks, it's about the way it feels" @alexendriacrowyoga

What to bring - blocks for adjustments, anything that makes you feel cosy and comfy in Savasana, a blanket, cosy socks.

You can book in for the 6-week block, or attend classes on a drop-in basis. This is the link for drop-in classes. These classes will be run by Yoga with Audrey.

The block starts on Wednesday 22nd May, running 7-8pm. There will be six weeks in this block, with a discount if you're attending all six.

Attend for the full block for £50, or any individual session for £10. If you'd like to come but the cost is prohibitive, email: pause@pauseandbreathe.co.uk to discuss a reduced rate.

Even if you haven't managed to attend a class yet or haven't been for a while, the block will be accessible to everyone, and as a wee special offer for this block, If you'd like to bring a friend with you that hasn't been before, you'll both get the first session half price.

Audrey will be your facilitator for these sessions. Audrey is a Mum (Teenage boy, a German Shepherd and a Ginger cat) Wife, Events Manager, and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She teaches yoga because it's helped her through tough times, and she wanted to share the empowering and calming beauty of CSV yoga with you, to help you find strength on and off the mat
