Join us for a special Friday evening Yin Yoga workshop—our only yin offering this summer—crafted to help you slow down, ground your energy, and return to your inner stillness.


In this extended session, we’ll explore long-held, cooling yin postures to balance the heat and pace of the season. We’ll close with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation designed to soothe the nervous system and bring you back to center.


This experience is open to all levels—no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are and receive.
