6 classes for €50. A workout involving cardio, glutes and bands. This class is not yoga or pilates related, it is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) kind of workout.
All levels welcome and clients can go at their own pace. Emma is a personal trainer and will work with each individual.
Suitable for Beginners and those with some experience. Slower Flow taking in the Hatha style with Breathwork and Relaxation.

A beginners class for those who are new to Yoga, or have not practiced for some time. Suitable for clients who may have mobility issues also.
What to expect?
I will always start our class with a little grounding, just checking in with ourselves, before we start our slow warm up, then we move into our main flow, and finally settling into a Blissful Savasana.
One of the main benefits of Yoga is the ability to calm the mind, and we could all do with some of that, where we focus on our wellbeing and self-care, by being kind and accommodating to our bodies, mind, and emotions – whatever shape, size, age or stage, this class will give you the groundwork for self-love, self-acceptance and non-judgement.
Let you be YOU with the help of modification and encouragement to pare things back, or maybe go further, so you can scale or tailor your practice for you. It’s very much your experience on the mat and very much your practice, as no one knows your body better than you.
A movement and mindset practice that focuses on NOT the fancy pose, but rather on helping you deconstruct yoga to make it practicable and relatable to everyday life, so that you can apply what you learn on the mat- off the mat.
These weekly classes will be creative yet grounded, with safe movement that help in improving your posture and overall mental and physical wellbeing, while having a little fun along the way.
We will work with using props to allow more space in our bodies. We will work with our breath, we will work on building strength, improve flexibility even improve our range of motion. All very do-able!
This class is suitable for complete beginners or for those who want to refresh their practice. A great class to start your weekend.

A beautiful way to start the weekend with breathwork and short meditation, continuing with a gentle vinyasa flow to energise the body , finishing with a relaxing wind down.
