Align with the rhythms of Mother Nature this autumn equinox, a time of balance and transformation. This special workshop is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign as the seasons shift. Together, we’ll honour the transition to autumn by letting go of what no longer serves us and grounding ourselves in the present.


As the vibrant energy of summer softens into autumn’s gentle embrace, we’ll release excess mental, emotional, and energetic weight, preparing to move forward with lightness, openness, and clarity.


Throughout the day retreat, you’ll experience a rich blend of Yoga practices: gentle movement, mobility practices, stillness, breathwork, strength building, meditation, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, and intention setting. Whether you’re a seasoned Yogi or a complete beginner, you are most welcome.


A nourishing homemade vegetarian lunch, teas, and cakes will be lovingly prepared to support and delight you. If the weather allows, we’ll even have a cosy lakeside fire together.


I’ve got everything covered for you - all the Yoga props, cosy studio vibes, and delicious homemade veggie food. Simply arrive in comfortable, layered clothing and let yourself unwind and connect.


These seasonal day retreats are close to my heart. I have been running them for many years – I can’t wait to share this magical experience with you in my serene studio by Lake Windermere. 


Cost is £75, which includes a homemade vegetarian lunch, teas, and homemade cakes. All yoga props are provided, and all levels are welcome. All you need to do is show up for yourself.
