Pilates is suitable for anyone looking to strengthen the body while also improving posture, alignment, mobility and flexibility. It is non-impact and focuses on core strength, distributing movement and the mind-body connection.
Studio sessions are 50 mins in duration, 1:1 and utilise various pieces of medical grade Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower and Combo Chair.....we have it all!
Whether you are a complete beginner; a seasoned Pilates practitioner; rehabilitating from an injury or illness; on your pregnancy or post-partum journey; or you just want a fun workout, where your goal is just to be able to move a bit more freely, then Studio Pilates is for you!
