A dynamic 50 minute mat class that will work the entire body. We will focus on alignment, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and breathing. You will feel energised, invigorated, gain more body awareness, control of body movements, better breathing techniques and become stronger and more toned each week.
Classes are small groups, this allows me the opportunity to give you feedback, while also adhering to social distancing regulations.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, all genders and all age groups.
There will be some challenges, however modifications are always given to ensure everyone is working within their own range of motion and feels comfortable.
