Wednesday Yoga Flow @ Hall Lane Church, Whitwick

Take time out of your week to really care for your body, mind and soul.


Yoga Flow is a steady paced class suitable for beginners or those with experience of yoga. I invite you to rest for a few minutes lying down, tuning into your breath and connecting with your body after a long day. We warm up our bodies and then move through a sequence of yoga poses designed to mobilise, stretch and strengthen. We work on improving our balance and focus. You don't need to be flexible, just willing to give it a go!


Our physical practice encourages you to take each pose or movement to a level that feels good for you and there is opportunity to challenge yourself if that is what you enjoy. If you have any mobility issues I can offer you alternatives that work better in your body.


Each week we explore a different theme related to yoga philosophy or wellbeing which is woven throughout the class as we focus on our breath and move mindfully. We practise pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditations.


There are so many benefits to this class, and most people leave feeling better physically, mentally and emotionally. This class is a great mix of everything that is 'YOGA' and you're likely to feel calmer, more relaxed, refreshed, soothed and nourished as you head home.


Venue

This class takes place at the lovely Hall Lane Methodist Church next to Coalville Rugby Club - LE67 5PF. There is a car park with lots of spaces, and if the car park is busy you can usually park on Hall Lane.


Things to bring:

  • A Yoga mat (I can lend you one if you email me to request)
  • Blanket and pillow (optional)
  • Eye pillow (optional and I can lend you one)
  • Drink


Please note - Bookings are non refundable but you may move your booking to a different date if you notify me 24 hours before the class. You may purchase a Class Pass containing four class credits to use in this session which works out cheaper than paying for each class individually.
