The Mysore class is for those practicing Primary or Intermediate Ashtanga Yoga (third series between April-November).
If you are new to Ashtanga Yoga you can expect to practice for around 30 minutes in your first class, learning the sun salutations & some standing postures. In your second week you will repeat these & add more, building a practice that is individualised for your needs.
