Teaching yoga is a craft. And like any craft, it gets better when we keep learning, practising and looking at what we do with fresh eyes.

These weekends are an opportunity to step out of your usual teaching routine and spend some proper time with the things that really matter: how you use your voice, how you communicate, how you see and understand the body, how you sequence, how you work with philosophy, how you create a meaningful class and, ultimately, how you connect with your students.
