With Amanda, Maya and Pati.
Amanda will guide the opening of the soulful gather with chanting to settle and soothe our nervous system and unite the circle. We will move and flow mindfully through our yoga practice to tend, nurture, strengthen and soften our physical body. Pranayama practices will guide us deeper finding that soulful current that flows within. All abilities of practice are welcomed.
Maya will prepare and offer our circle some sacred cacao in a ceremony that invites us deeper into the present moment and into our heart. Cacao is a sacred plant that has been revered for centuries for its numerous health and spiritual benefits. With the wonderful heart opening power of cacao we will move into setting intentions and affirmations for our continued spiritual growth.
Amanda is dedicating a little space and time to music and lightly guided invitations to initiate embodied movement, in whatever format or intuitive way that may be for you in that moment. You may wish to sit in meditation or you may prefer and extended child's pose, you are free to chose. Music and movement will slow to a soothing pace preparing us to sit in meditation, with mudra and guidance to journey deeper in the dimensions of yoga, into heart and soul.
Pati will play her magic and again guide us in relaxation with her enchanting sound bath, whilst the vibrational frequencies of the singing bowls and gong soothe, settle, subtly ease stress, and take us on a restful journey.
Amanda will close the Soul Circle and let you float off into the rest of weekend.
