Yoga for Everyone. Traditional yoga adapted and modified to welcome everyone to their practice. Breathing, posture, stretches, joint freeing movements, energising movements, sounds, resting, meditation and life philosophy.
Suitable for wheelchair users, people living with MS, CP, CFS, Parkinsons, Stroke recovery, limited movement, amputation, injury recovery, and any other conditions or restrictions that may make regular yoga classes unaccessible. This class is more than 10 years in action in the Uxbridge community.
A final four week course before a summer break - from 26th June to 17th July 2021
For pregnant ladies from 16 weeks of pregnancy, unless you have a continued ongoing yoga practice with me and then you can join at any time.
We connect with each other, we share, we breathe, move, ease, strengthen, focus, prepare, find space, release, relax and rejuvenate.
Classes are structured and yet informed by the needs of each woman that attends.
We start with a sharing circle before yoga practice.
