For pregnant ladies from 16 weeks of pregnancy, unless you have a continued ongoing yoga practice with me and then you can join at any time.
We connect with each other, we share, we breathe, move, ease, strengthen, focus, prepare, find space, release, relax and rejuvenate.
Classes are structured and yet informed by the needs of each woman that attends.
We start with a sharing circle before yoga practice.
I have been teaching pregnancy yoga for around 8 years each week and love to share yoga with ladies at this hugely transformational time.

Women's Full Moon Yoga Circle - Community - Cycles - Goddess Wisdom - Yoga Flow - Breathe - Rest - Meditate – Fire Circle
Ladies, you are invited to join Amanda and Maya joining forces to hold a sacred space for you. Women coming together inspires, encourages and initiates growth and healing. These circles bring together the wisdom of intuitive, embodied yoga practice, mudras, pranayama, intentions, introductions to a Goddess and her powers, gentle asana flow, rest under the full moon sky, meditate and manifest. We can join together after practice around the fire for a drink and nibbles.
Women's circle have been around for times immemorial and the time feels right for Maya and myself to continue this age old tradition and become space holders ourselves.
We will be adhering to covid restrictions and social distancing although we will have sufficient outdoor space to practice with no need for face-masks.
Women’s Circles offer a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share.
Combining the somatic approach of yoga, and the cognitive approach of 12-step programs.
YOGA OF 12-STEP RECOVERY IS A HOLISTIC MODEL DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL DISEASE OF ADDICTION.
The characteristics and effects of addiction could easily be described as separation. Addictive behaviours disconnect us from ourselves, our loved ones, our environment and so much more.
Conversely, yoga itself means union, integration, balance. Yoga and its practices teach the fine art of balancing our multidimensional lives while living in a complex world.
Yoga of 12-Step Recovery was created as a holistic model to address the physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease of addiction. Informed by the latest research in neuroscience and trauma healing, Y12SR “connects the dots” by combining the somatic approach of yoga with the cognitive approach of the 12-step recovery model – the most well-known addiction recovery program in the world, with millions of active practitioners.
I look forward to facilitate a space to allow the coming together of the yoga journey as well as the 12-step recovery model.
