Classes are energising and relaxing. They start slowly with a gentle warm-up and then you will be guided through a flowing sequence incorporating strengthening and energising postures, finishing with a long relaxation. Leaving you rejuvenated, but relaxed.

The class will include gentle flowing movement and stretching to release tension. This slow-paced class will allow more time to explore poses, release tension and create space and ease in the body. Followed by calming and restorative yoga poses and a longer relaxation.
