Delighted to be teaching in Aluna Yoga Studio. Can not wait to help you kick start your day!
Class will be open to all levels, and will be an energetic Ashtanga inspired flow, with a healthy mix of breathwork and movement. This class will help you build strength, increase your mobility and help with your flexibility. Really looking forward to sharing this beautiful space with you all. Beginner & experienced yogis welcome.
This will be a PAYG class and there will be showers available for those who wish to head straight to work after.

Hey.
This class is a mixed level, yang focused class. It zones in on core yoga asana, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation techniques. There is a weekly theme to each class, focusing on an area of one's body, one of the chakras, a skill or something else. It is suitable for beginner, experienced and advanced Yogis and the crew that attend are welcoming and friendly.
It is a great way to dip your toe in the world of yoga, and will be a good workout although, not too technical. See you there.

This 75 minute workshop is instructional in nature, aimed at those beginning their journey to handstands. In a warm, friendly environment, the class will cover the theory of inversion, warm up drills, skills and tricks to improve your inversions and how to fall. We will touch on headstands too. Handstands are brilliant for strength, balance, focus and conditioning. Complete beginners welcome! There are no pre-requisites and numbers will be intentionally small so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Pre-requisite: In order to get the most from this class, it is recommended that you are comfortable kicking to to the wall and can hold a 10 second wall supported handstand (back to wall) & you are beginning to move away from the wall.
