Hey.
This class is a mixed level, yang focused class. It zones in on core yoga asana, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation techniques. There is a weekly theme to each class, focusing on an area of one's body, one of the chakras, a skill or something else. It is suitable for beginner, experienced and advanced Yogis and the crew that attend are welcoming and friendly.
It is a great way to dip your toe in the world of yoga, and will be a good workout although, not too technical. See you there.

I am delighted to invite you to The Yurt in Kilmead Co. Kildare for a half day of Yoga and Wellness hosted by Rachel Moore and I. This day will encompass all things that are essential to the nourishment of both your body and mind, including movement, breathwork, connection, meditation, wholesome food and lovely people.
