No prior experience is needed but you do need to be able to get up and down off the floor. All the blankets, bolsters and equipment are provided for you.

This practice will lead you into a deep state of relaxation where you can touch into this place of inner peace and be drawn to your own stillness. It is the most simple, beautiful place.
The guided mediation will be enhanced by singing bowls. This is not a full sound bath but I will be using the drone sounds of the alchemy singing bowls to create deeper potential for relaxation, where healing and reset of our nervous system can occur. Meditation has been a part of my life for over 40 year. I will be teaching a guided form of iRest® Yoga Nidra. This is a trauma friendly, scientifically based, secular form of guided meditation based on ancient practices.
All the meditation practices are very life affirming and enjoyable. They encompass both Mindfulness and insight meditation and once learnt you can continue to practice with recordings or on your own. This form of meditation gives you 10 meditation tools that you can use in everyday life.
It's only an 8 week course but if you practice little and often you will start to feel a real difference in your capacity to surf the waves of life.
