Christine is aware that pregnancy is littered with complex feelings and emotions as the new hormones charge through the body and mind and is delighted to offer the support of pregnancy yoga.
Prenatal Yoga offers a chance to step back from all the busyness of the day today. It is all about creating awareness, space, and connection in both the body and mind for both mother and baby.
The classes will cover different weekly topics, increasing our knowledge and understanding. The poses we do will reflect that. We will also touch on meditation and hypnobirthing.
It is not necessary to have any yoga experience to attend these classes
Welcome to Studio eleven beginners yoga class with Christine.
This is a class for anyone who would like to have a gentle yoga class, and it is suitable for complete beginners.
This year we have a special offer of €90 for our beginner yoga class, that includes a grey rubber mat, bag and fie yoga classes. For an extra €10 you can get PU mat of your own colour choice. please scroll through the options to find these.
We are a fully out fitted studio but If possible please bring a yoga mat, and blanket, we recommend you wear a comfortable tracksuit or leggings so that you can move freely with comfort.

These classes will involve a gentle rotation of the joints, there will be some gentle standing poses to warm up the body to prepare for meditation.
We will move into meditation and explore the different styles that may be useful for the individual to explore a method of meditation that is most suitable for the individual.
You will receive the recording of the week’s meditation after each session.

Welcome to Studio Eleven's men's yoga class, this is a six week course but it is possible to drop in and see if yoga is for you.
These yoga classes are for men only, they are not advanced, but we will enjoy a full yoga class.
We will explore injuries and constrictions common to men's bodies and explore both movement and relaxation
Inishbofin Yoga's Bealtaine Retreat with Christine Stewart and Marella Fyffe.
This retreat will include Yoga Nidra, a morning meditation, an after-breakfast yoga class, the option of a guided walk on the beautiful island of Inishbofin an afternoon class and an optional evening meal in the Doonmore Hotel, with a meditation on Sunday morning and one last yoga class before we move to find our way home.This is a beautiful time on Inishbofin, the Corn Crake has arrived, and the thrift is in bloom.

Welcome to Inishbofin Yoga's Mid-Summer Retreat with Christine Stewart and Ann McDonald.
This retreat will include Yoga Nidra, there will be two early morning meditations on Friday and Saturday morning, three after-breakfast yoga classes, the option of a guided walk on the beautiful island of Inishbofin, two relaxing afternoon classes and an optional gathering with evening meals together,
This three-day June retreat full of long evenings, song, rest, and yoga fun will be with Ann McDonald and Christine Stewart.
Ann is an inspirational singer and yoga teacher who weaves the soul back home to its own true nature through yoga and song.
Christine has been running retreats on Inishbofin for eight years, she loves sharing yoga on the island and has meet some wonderful people in her years on here. Once you get on the ferry your journey will begin.
Please be aware that this is a yoga retreat, and you must get down to and up from the floor to participate. Please let Christine and Ann know if you have any concerns about practising certain poses and if you have had any recent or ongoing health concerns. Please ask your health provider before committing to the retreat if in doubt.

These classes are with Christine Stewart and Marella Fyffe are not suitable for beginners but will be available to most , we will explore all elements of yoga with a light heart curious mind. Each class will be fun and accessible with a teaching element to deepen your practice in asana, pranayama, and meditation.
All while living on the beautiful Inishbofin and with plenty of time to explore all Inishbofin has to offer.

Welcome to the Inishbofin Autumn Equinox retreat.
This is a beautiful time on Inishbofin, the heather is in bloom, there is a lovely low sun, and the sea is warmer than usual.
Autumn is a time of quiet and slowing down, and our practice will reflect and celebrate that.

We know you will enjoy this island escape, from the moment you get on the boat and let go of all your main land concerns. Please note this ticket will buy you the yoga only for the retreat. This will include the opening class on Friday evening, three asana classes and two optional early morning meditation classes, all ending at 12 pm on Sunday to enable you to find your way home at your leisure.
