Sunday's Simply Yoga, will be 1hour yoga classes. Let's bring ourselves to the mat each Sunday with a playful mix of classes, combining building Strength, finding flexibility and restoring our bodies and minds in each class.
We do all of this by our yoga movements, breath practices and relaxation.
Suitable for beginners and also all of you who have already begun your yoga journey recently or for many years.
You will also receive a recording of the live classes available for viewing until the following week, so you can practice it more than once and if you cannot attend a class you will not miss out.

Flow with me through an enjoyable, breath centered yoga practice. We will enjoy a pause and centering to begin, a nice warm up then adding in more flowing sequences and end with a deeply relaxing Savasana.
