These 1 hour Sunday morning classes will be strong and steady but slow moving classes. They are informative and helpful to gain a strong foundation in your yoga practice. Suitable for complete beginners who have never taken to the mat before and also all of you who have already begun your yoga journey recently or for many years.
Slowing down does not mean these classes will be super easy, taking our time in positions to understand and feel what is happening will make it a strong practice and one you will enjoy.
Please join me on the mat for this 30 minute Mobility & Recovery class. We will focus on movements and stretching that will enhance our mobility, flexibility and recovery. This class will benefit those who engage in any physical activities such as, walking, yoga, gym, workouts, running, weights and all sports.
You will also receive the recording of this class which can be accessed to view for 1 week as many times as your like.
