This is a perfect class for those stiff and tight bodies needing a good stretch out. If you are working out / playing sports/ running or even doing lots of yoga, this class is great for moving slower into deeper and longer stretches to ease your body into more mobility and flexibility and also aid in recovery.

These 1 hour Sunday morning classes will be strong and steady but slow moving classes. They are informative and helpful to gain a strong foundation in your yoga practice.


Suitable for beginners and also all of you who have already begun your yoga journey recently or for many years.

Slowing down does not mean these classes will be super easy, taking our time in positions to understand and feel what is happening will make it a strong practice and one you will enjoy.


You will also receive a recording of the live classes available for viewing until the following week, so you can practice it more than once and if you cannot attend a class you will not miss out.
