Pilates is a body conditioning system, it offers core focused, strength building to support the spine & posture together with increasing bone density in a safe manner. Pilates is often recommended for its rehab benefits & is known for creating longer, leaner muscles. Class finishes with relaxation to allow your system come back into a rested state. Choose this class if injury prevention, injury rehab or general physical conditioning is your focus.

This class offers a holistic wellness practice to join the mind & body rather than seeing them as separate. Yoga helps us create an internal focus, slowing down our thinking mind & feeling more into our bodies, releasing tension & freeing up stagnant energy, these are just some of the positive effects on the subtle body. You can also look forward to strength building, breathing techniques, stretching, balance work, meditation & relaxing in Savasana at the end of class. Choose this class to focus on a mind-body practice.

The Empowerment Retreat
A day of escape & rejuvenating together with learning new self-care techniques, empowering you to establish (on retreat day!) your individual, bespoke daily self-care routine.

We are currently in a state of sickness as a society & blinded by our conditioning. Until we can learn to steer the course of our life & do what’s right for us & our family we will constantly loop in the cycle of doing, going, effort, rush to either the point of burnout or become so numb we loose our identity & give up on our dreams & true nature.
Crikey, you’re worth so much more than that! But how do we break free? How do we bring about change? How do we create a life where we model wellness & self-care to our children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews? We have a responsibility to ourselves to live our best life & let our gifts shine.
Living isn’t about becoming accustomed to a sick society, read that again & let it sink in.
