This class is not for the faint hearted. Tower is for people of a good fitness. Tower classes will leave you feeling super stretched and 10ft tall. You will build up your strength and flexibility with the support of the springs, doing a variety of different movements. The support of the springs makes more advanced exercises from the Mat and Reformer repertoire achievable sooner here.
