With mixed levels in a Pilates Class there will be a few 'Challenge' exercises to keep you on your toes and to keep your body from adapting to certain exercises, it allows you to challenge yourself a little bit more but within limits.
Equipment Needed
Mat or Towel to lie on
Long band or Belt for stretching
Pilates ball or Cushion
2 x Spikey massage balls / 2 x Tennis Balls
Optional Equipment;
Big Body Ball / Stability Ball
