A class for new mums, suitable from 6 weeks postpartum/10 weeks post c-section. Babies up to crawling stage.
Ease back into mindful movement with gentle yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation, pelvic floor exercises.
Play time and bonding with baby.
Herbal tea to finish class. Time to chat, feed/change baby.
This is a baby led class, we go with the flow of what baby needs. Feel free to feed, change soothe baby as required.
Noeleen is a mum of 3 and has been teaching yoga for 10 years. Noeleen is qualified in pregnancy yoga and yoga for children, women's circle facilitation and menstrual cycle awareness. Her passion us working with women through all life phases and holding space for you to be exactly where you ate.
This is a 4 week course with o class Wednesday 6th March.
Yin yoga is a slower paced, meditative practice.
Floor based poses are held for several minutes targeting a specific part of the body and meridian.
Rebound between the poses creates space for integration, clarity and stillness.
Practice will finish with a relaxing savasana and time for journaling and herbal tea.
