A complete Labour and Birth Preparation course, delivered over 2 days - 6th and 13th January 2024, 10am - 1.30pm @ Aluna Yoga, Kildare Town
Gain an in depth understanding of the physiological and hormonal processes of labour and birth
Practise breathing, relaxation, positioning and support techniques with your partner
Leave feeling, informed, inspired and empowered for your birth
In this 5 week course, you will learn the theory and techniques of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), as accredited by Baby Massage Ireland.
Each week you will learn the strokes for a different area and how to apply these to your baby.
Course Handouts, Organic Sunflower Seed Massage Oil, Certificates and weekly cuppas and healthy treats for Mama are included!
The classes are 100% baby led, babies are welcome in all their moods and feeding, changing, comforting etc is done within the class and whenever needed.
Specific receipts to claim from your health insurance are issued by request. Please note you will need to check your own policy to see if Baby Massage is covered and to what extent, usually €100 is covered by most policies.
