The reformer class will work your full body. You will follow a specific sequence of exercises. The moving carriage and springs will assist and resist you as you move and enable you to become of control and balance in your body.

The tower class will give your body a full workout. As you will have support from springs, you will learn to lengthen and lift your body moving through exercises. You will leave the class feeling so good, stretched, and taller.

This class is specially designed with the pregnant body in mind. So, if you are cleared for exercise by your doctor then this is the class for you. We will keep you moving through your pregnancy with the use of equipment, modifications and props. Exercises are chosen and the focus is on breath and stability, balance and support, connection and concentration.
