Mindfulness helps me to manage stress and conflict, facilitate better relationships and create more ease and joy in family life. This 8-week course is based on the book, "Finding Peace in the Frantic World" by Mark Williams, developer of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT) at Oxford University.

The short practices and 90-minute Zoom sessions are designed to be accessible for busy lives as we make our way through these challenging times. The practices vary from 5 to 20 minutes. We’ll work together as a group, read a chapter a week and use break out rooms for more focused conversation.
