A gentle and friendly 3-hour class designed to focus on basic yoga postures and simple breathwork.
Designed for complete beginners (and also useful for improvers who want to go over the foundations). Suitable for all ages and body types.

A 4 hour workshop designed specifically for runners taught jointly by Marie Page and personal trainer Shaun Bigg.
The workshop will combine physical mobility theory and practical exercises for improved movement, strength and flexibility.

The workshop, which is open to new runners and veterans alike, will feature seminar-style input on running theory, how the body runs and how we can help it to run better. Included are practical sessions on mobility, building muscular endurance and balance, strength and agility training.
Attendees will benefit from a better understanding of how we run and the essential underpinning of strength and conditioning. Changes to their training will benefit not just their running but everyday life and movement.
