A gentle yoga class from 5.30-6.30pm at the Catholic Church Hall in Henfield. Suitable for beginners or those that would like a gentle practice.

The class varies from week to week and features gentle mobilisation exercises, easy stretches and some yin/restorative postures where a bolster and blocks are helpful.

Please bring a yoga bolster or two pillows with you. A blanket is also useful.
