Join me for a mid-week yoga practice to help restore and reset body, mind and soul.
At the beginning of our practice, we'll take time to tune into the body and the breath, giving you time to get a sense of where you're at, how you feel in body and mind. I believe its important to have this time where you simply observe, with no judgement. This for me, is a good starting point.
We'll incorporate mindful, conscious movement with the breath to help release, open and leave you feeling nourished on all levels.
We'll practice breath-work that can instil a sense of calm, balance, energise or increase focus. I place a lot of emphasis on breathwork because if its transformative effects.
The practices I share can be a dynamic flow, or a slower or gentler pace.
When you learn to listen to your body, you can work at a pace that feels right for you. I always encourage you to be guided by what you need- to move, to be still, to rest.
The practices I share are informed by my training with Soma Yoga and Medicine School as well as other influences, so will include practices based on the 5 elements, Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa flow, the cycles of nature as well as Meditation.
We will always take time to find the balance between movement and stillness.
Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss further, and don't forget your mat.

A space for women.
I welcome you to come exactly as you are - nourishment for your mind, body and soul.
Here's some of what we'll be sharing:
*yoga, movement, breath work
*practices to enhance health, vitality and joy
*Kriyas from the Kundalini tradition of yoga; some of you would have already experienced how powerful kundalini can be.
*Tuning into the cycles of nature through movement: the yoga practices I share are always tied in with the 5 elements earth, fire, water, air and space as well as being aware of what we can consume to keep us well; one of my mottos is 'nature provides'.
*We'll move, we'll flow and share moments of stillness.
*We'll share tasty snacks and nourishing food
